Available items will be delivered to you as soon as we have received your payment or secured your transaction. The delivery may be delayed by one working day if you order directly before a Sunday or a holiday.

The speed at which we ship your order depends on the method of payment you choose. If you pay in advance by money transfer, we will ship your order as soon as we have received your transfer. If you pay cash on delivery (COD), your order will be shipped off on the same day provided we have received your order before 12.00 a.m.. COD is available within Germany only.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat fee of 5.90 EUR per shipment in Germany (International 8.90 EUR). There is no extra charge even if your order consists of several items. Shipping costs depend on the method of payment. There is an extra charge of 4 EUR (extra 2 EUR invoiced direct to you by DHL) per order, if you pay cash on delivery. COD is available within Germany only.
