Delivery

Available items will be delivered to you as soon as we have received your payment or secured your transaction. The delivery may be delayed by one working day if you order directly before a Sunday or a holiday.

The speed at which we ship your order depends on the method of payment you choose. If you pay in advance by money transfer, we will ship your order as soon as we have received your transfer. If you pay cash on delivery (COD), your order will be shipped off on the same day provided we have received your order before 12.00 a.m.. COD is available within Germany only.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat fee of 3.90 EUR per shipment in Germany (International 8,90 EUR). There is no extra charge even if your order consists of several items. Shipping costs depend on the method of payment. There is an extra charge of 4 EUR (extra 2 EUR invoiced direct to you by DHL) per order, if you pay cash on delivery. COD is available within Germany only.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash on Delivery (within Germany only)

Please note that the method of payment affects shipping costs as well as the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

The customer has the right to return all items within two weeks from the day of delivery. There is no need to give any reasons for the return. The return of goods within two weeks upon delivery means that the customer withdraws from the sales contract. The two week period begins on the day of delivery and upon acknowledgment of this stipulation. If an item is too large to be returned by mail, the customer may express in writing his wish to return the item by sending a letter, a fax or an email. Compliance with the two week return period is maintained if the item or the written notification to return the item is sent off within two weeks upon delivery. If a customer returns an item, BAGPAX® accepts the transportation risk as well as the costs for postage. The item or the written notification to return the item must be sent to the following address:

Conditions

If the customer complies with the returns policy, BAGPAX® will refund the paid price in full. If the value of the returned item has been decreased by the customer, BAGPAX® may refund the customer only partially and deduct the decrease in value from the paid price. There will be no deduction form the refund if the item was only examined as it would be possible in a store. Furthermore, a decrease in the value of the item may be avoided if the item is returned unused and if every effort has been made not to reduce the value of the item.

This is the end of the stipulation of the returns policy.
